Before you write
A fair number of questions already have answers on the site. If a tool failed on a particular file, the tool itself says whether that job runs on your device or on our server, which is usually the first thing worth checking — you can find it from the tool list on the home page. Questions about what happens to an uploaded file are covered in our Privacy Policy, and the broader picture of what RealPDFTool is and isn't lives on the About page.
Reporting a security issue
If you've found a vulnerability, email hello@realpdftool.com with “Security” in the subject line and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly. Those go to the top of the pile, and we'll credit you if you'd like us to.
