Using the service
RealPDFTool is provided free of charge, as-is, on a best-effort basis, for personal and business use. You're responsible for the files you upload and for making sure you have the right to view, edit, convert, sign, unlock, or share them.
Your content
You keep full ownership of any files, text, or documents you upload, create, or convert using RealPDFTool. We don't claim any rights to your content, and — per the Privacy Policy — we don't retain it either.
Fill & Sign / electronic signatures
RealPDFTool's Edit & Sign tool lets you draw a signature and place it as an image on a page, and add fillable form fields. This is a visual and structural tool, not a certified e-signature service: we make no representation that a signature or form created this way is legally binding under any law (such as the U.S. ESIGN Act or the EU's eIDAS regulation). If you need a legally certified electronic signature, use a service designed for that purpose.
HTML/webpage-to-PDF and file conversions
The HTML-to-PDF tool fetches and renders the URL or file you provide; the Word-to-PDF and PDF-to-PowerPoint tools convert between file formats. You're responsible for only converting content you're entitled to access, copy, or reformat — don't use these tools to fetch or republish content that isn't yours to fetch or republish.
Acceptable use
Please don't use RealPDFTool to process illegal content (including material exploiting minors), to attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the service, to probe or attack internal/private network addresses through the HTML-to-PDF URL fetcher, or to try to access data that isn't yours.
No warranty, limited liability
We do our best to keep every tool accurate and reliable, but RealPDFTool is provided without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee a file will convert perfectly, that a damaged file can be repaired, or that the service will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealPDFTool's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to $0 — reflecting that this is a free service with no payment collected from you in exchange for its use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use RealPDFTool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
